Local Pros Call is a referral and connection service. We connect homeowners with independent local contractors across categories such as plumbing, water damage restoration, HVAC, electrical, pest control, and tree service. Local Pros Call is not a contractor, does not perform home improvement or repair work, and does not employ the contractors in our network.
We do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, timeliness, licensing, insurance status, or workmanship of any contractor you are connected with. Any agreement for services, including pricing, scheduling, and warranties, is solely between you and the contractor you choose to hire. We strongly recommend independently verifying a contractor's license, insurance, and reviews before authorizing any work.
There is no charge to use our connection service. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor you are connected with, and you pay the contractor directly only for work you agree to after reviewing their estimate.
By calling a number listed on the Site, you consent to receive calls — which may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes and may use automated dialing technology — from Local Pros Call and the independent contractors in our network regarding your service request. Standard message and call rates from your carrier may apply. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service and may be revoked at any time by informing us.
Local Pros Call is monetized in part through a pay-per-call affiliate model. We may receive compensation from contractors or contractor networks when you call a number listed on the Site. This compensation does not affect the quality of the contractor you are connected with or increase any price you are quoted.

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Local Pros Call and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Pros Call and its owners, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your interaction with any contractor, or any work performed by a contractor. The Site and connection service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Pros Call from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any contractor.
Contractors in our network are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or representatives of Local Pros Call. The Site may also link to third-party websites or social media pages; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
